1. Geltungsbereich

Für alle Bestellungen über unseren Online-Shop gelten die nachfolgenden AGB. Unser Online-Shop richtet sich ausschließlich an Verbraucher.

Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu Zwecken abschließt, die überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden können. Unternehmer ist eine natürliche oder juristische Person oder eine rechtsfähige Personengesellschaft, die bei Abschluss eines Rechtsgeschäfts in Ausübung ihrer gewerblichen oder selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit handelt.

2. Vertragspartner, Vertragsschluss, Korrekturmöglichkeiten

Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande mit Lena Stengl handeln unter Colette's.

Mit Einstellung der Produkte in den Online-Shop geben wir ein verbindliches Angebot zum Vertragsschluss über diese Produkte ab. Sie können unsere Produkte zunächst unverbindlich in den Warenkorb legen und Ihre Eingaben vor Absenden Ihrer verbindlichen Bestellung jederzeit korrigieren, indem Sie die hierfür im Bestellablauf vorgesehenen und erläuterten Korrekturhilfen nutzen. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, indem Sie durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons das Angebot über die im Warenkorb enthaltenen Produkte annehmen. Unmittelbar nach dem Absenden der Bestellung erhalten Sie noch einmal eine Bestätigung per E-Mail.

3. Vertragssprache, Vertragstextspeicherung

Die für den Vertragsschluss zur Verfügung stehende(n) Sprache(n): Deutsch, Englisch

Wir speichern den Vertragstext und senden Ihnen die Bestelldaten und unsere AGB in Textform zu. Der Vertragstext ist aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht mehr über das Internet zugänglich.

4. Lieferbedingungen

Wir versenden die Produkte an die im Bestellprozess angegebene Lieferadresse.

Wir liefern nur im Versandweg. Eine Selbstabholung der Ware ist leider nicht möglich.

Wir liefern nicht an Packstationen.

5. Bezahlung

In unserem Shop stehen Ihnen grundsätzlich die nachfolgenden Zahlungsarten zur Verfügung.

Kreditkarte
Im Bestellprozess geben Sie Ihre Kreditkartendaten an. Ihre Karte wird unmittelbar nach Abgabe der Bestellung belastet.

SEPA-Lastschriftverfahren
Mit Abgabe der Bestellung erteilen Sie uns ein SEPA-Lastschriftmandat. Über das Datum der Kontobelastung werden wir Sie mindestens einen Bankgeschäftstag im Voraus informieren (sog. Prenotification). Ein Bankgeschäftstag ist jeder Werktag mit Ausnahme von Samstagen, bundeseinheitlichen gesetzlichen Feiertagen sowie der 24. Und 31. Dezember eines jeden Jahres. Die Kontobelastung erfolgt vor Versand der Ware.

PayPal
Um den Rechnungsbetrag über den Zahlungsdienstleister PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg („PayPal“) bezahlen zu können, müssen Sie bei PayPal registriert sein, sich mit Ihren Zugangsdaten legitimieren und die Zahlungsanweisung bestätigen. Die Zahlungstransaktion wird durch PayPal unmittelbar nach Abgabe der Bestellung durchgeführt. Weitere Hinweise erhalten Sie im Bestellvorgang.

PayPal kann registrierten und nach eigenen Kriterien ausgewählten PayPal-Kunden weitere Zahlungsmodalitäten im Kundenkonto anbieten. Auf das Anbieten dieser Modalitäten haben wir allerdings keinen Einfluss; weitere individuell angebotene Zahlungsmodalitäten betreffen Ihr Rechtsverhältnis mit PayPal. 1. Scope of Application

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contractual Partner, Contract Formation, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Lena Stengl trading as Colette's.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those products. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English.

We store the contract text and will send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet after the order is completed.

4. Delivery Conditions

We ship products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

We deliver by postal/courier shipment only. Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible.

We do not deliver to parcel lockers (Packstationen).

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card You provide your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.

SEPA Direct Debit By placing your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will notify you of the debit date at least one banking business day in advance (so-called pre-notification). A banking business day is any working day except Saturdays, public holidays applicable throughout Germany, and December 24th and 31st of each year. Your account will be debited prior to shipment of the goods.

PayPal To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers additional payment options selected according to its own criteria. We have no influence over the offering of these options; any individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.

Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente s'appliquent à toutes les commandes passées via notre boutique en ligne. Notre boutique en ligne s'adresse exclusivement aux consommateurs.

Un consommateur est toute personne physique qui conclut un acte juridique à des fins qui ne relèvent pas principalement de son activité commerciale ou professionnelle indépendante. 2. Partenaire contractuel, formation du contrat, options de correction

Le contrat de vente est conclu avec Lena Stengl, commerçant sous le nom Colette's.

En référençant des produits dans la boutique en ligne, nous formulons une offre ferme de conclure un contrat pour ces produits. Vous pouvez ajouter nos produits à votre panier sans engagement et corriger vos saisies à tout moment avant de soumettre votre commande définitive, en utilisant les outils de correction prévus à cet effet. Le contrat est conclu lorsque vous acceptez l'offre en cliquant sur le bouton de commande. Vous recevrez immédiatement une confirmation de commande par e-mail.

3. Langue du contrat, conservation du texte contractuel

Langue(s) disponible(s) pour la conclusion du contrat : allemand, anglais.

Nous conservons le texte du contrat et vous transmettrons les données de commande ainsi que nos CGV sous forme écrite. Pour des raisons de sécurité, le texte du contrat n'est plus accessible via Internet après la commande.

4. Conditions de livraison

Options de livraison

Nous expédions les produits à l'adresse de livraison indiquée lors du processus de commande.

Nous livrons uniquement par voie postale/transporteur. Le retrait en personne n'est malheureusement pas possible.

Nous ne livrons pas dans les consignes automatiques.

5. Paiement

Les moyens de paiement suivants sont généralement disponibles dans notre boutique :

Carte de crédit Vous saisissez vos coordonnées bancaires lors du processus de commande. Votre carte est débitée immédiatement après la passation de la commande.

Prélèvement SEPA En passant votre commande, vous nous accordez un mandat de prélèvement SEPA. Nous vous informerons de la date de prélèvement au moins un jour ouvré bancaire à l'avance (pré-notification). Un jour ouvré bancaire est tout jour ouvrable à l'exception des samedis, des jours fériés légaux et des 24 et 31 décembre de chaque année. Le prélèvement intervient avant l'expédition des marchandises.

PayPal Pour régler le montant de la facture via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (« PayPal »), vous devez être inscrit chez PayPal, vous identifier avec vos identifiants et confirmer l'instruction de paiement. La transaction est traitée par PayPal immédiatement après la passation de la commande.

PayPal peut proposer à certains clients des modalités de paiement supplémentaires selon ses propres critères. Nous n'avons aucune influence sur ces offres ; elles concernent votre relation juridique avec PayPal. Pour plus d'informations, consultez votre compte PayPal.

Il contratto di vendita è concluso con Lena Stengl, che opera con il nome Colette's.

Inserendo i prodotti nel negozio online, formuliamo un'offerta vincolante per la conclusione di un contratto relativo a tali prodotti. È possibile aggiungere i nostri prodotti al carrello senza impegno e correggere le proprie immissioni in qualsiasi momento prima di inviare l'ordine definitivo, utilizzando gli strumenti di correzione previsti. Il contratto si conclude quando si accetta l'offerta cliccando sul pulsante d'ordine. Riceverete immediatamente una conferma d'ordine via e-mail.

Conserviamo il testo del contratto e vi invieremo i dati dell'ordine e le nostre Condizioni Generali in forma scritta. Per motivi di sicurezza, il testo del contratto non è più accessibile via Internet dopo la conclusione dell'ordine.

4. Condizioni di consegna

Opzioni di consegna

Spediamo i prodotti all'indirizzo di consegna indicato durante il processo d'ordine.

Consegniamo esclusivamente tramite spedizione postale/corriere. Il ritiro in sede non è purtroppo possibile.

Non consegniamo presso i locker automatici.

5. Pagamento

Nel nostro negozio sono generalmente disponibili i seguenti metodi di pagamento:

Carta di credito I dati della carta di credito vengono inseriti durante il processo d'ordine. La carta viene addebitata immediatamente dopo la conferma dell'ordine.

Addebito diretto SEPA Effettuando l'ordine, ci concedete un mandato di addebito diretto SEPA. Vi informeremo della data di addebito con almeno un giorno lavorativo bancario di anticipo (pre-notifica). Un giorno lavorativo bancario è qualsiasi giorno feriale ad eccezione del sabato, dei giorni festivi nazionali e del 24 e 31 dicembre di ogni anno. L'addebito avviene prima della spedizione della merce.

PayPal Per pagare tramite PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), è necessario essere registrati su PayPal, accedere con le proprie credenziali e confermare l'istruzione di pagamento.
